From my experience, both posting time and content quality matter, but not equally. Quality and relevance will always be the main drivers of engagement, since good content performs well at almost any time.





That said, posting when your audience is most active can help your content gain initial momentum faster. I usually suggest testing different times over a few weeks and checking your analytics to see when you get the best response.

Reality Some platforms like IG like to push content that is released in busy times. Probably to find content with good potention to go viral.
