What would be the most efficient time to upload a video to YouTube since I have setup an ad locker and need people to click it.

Depends upon your target country. Typical post time should be after office hours. In US & Europe, best time is 6-7 PM. In Asia, it is typically 8-9 PM.

it depends on the timezone of the niche of your video. Some say in the morning around 9:00 a.m is good but also I've seen some experts stating around 11:00 p.m is the best.

Depends on a type of channel too. If you already have YT channel, check your analytics (realtime), and you will see hourly chart of views.

I was spamming videos everyday, then stopped going at it for a while and now only uploads fridays/saturdays/sunday since its when everyone is being lazy on their PCs.

Also, about the time you need to adjust to your audience, think like them and act accordingly

It really does depend on the video and the timezone. In Europe, you could try posting the video around 9, or 10 am, and after work hours - so 7 or 8 pm. You should avoid early morning and afternoons - 1 to 2 pm.

Just to add one extra layer here.

As soon as you post your video watch your live analytics on it and see how it behaves on different scenarios you are testing.

Also, be aware there are other variables involved like thumbnails/titles wich play an important role too

It totally depends on which timezone you are located. Thursday and Friday are best.

it all comes down to the country and/or target of your content. there isn't really a standard for everyone
