Best time for promoting.....

Hello

I want to start soon for promoting my products on instagram.
If i look my stats on bitly most of my visitors are from US.

Can anybody tell by experience wich time/day ( US ) is best for promoting products......

I guess it's 1-5pm

Id assume weekends are also better than weekdays.

Instagram audiences are engaged throughout the week. Mondays should maybe get a little more attention.

1. Monday and Thursday at any time other than 3–4 p.m.
2. Videos any day at 9 p.m.–8 a.m.
3. Experiment with 2 a.m., 5 p.m., and Wednesday at 7 p.m.

General best times to post on Instagram:

1. 8–9 a.m.
2. 2 a.m.
3. 5 p.m.

I'm not active in IG but I can tell you from other experience that it depends on your demographic and your niche. For example if you're selling something targeted to an older crowd, or even moms and dads, you might find they are more active in the mornings. If you're promoting boner pills then 2:00am may be your sweet spot. You probably need to get some sort of Conversion tracking mechanism and then you'll just have to map it out for yourself. This will give you the best result for you.

Business accounts have access to stats (not sure if they are paid or not). This might be an option for you.

As I own a huge user database with daily stats, I can say most users worldwide online is not within 1-5pm timeframe. Analyze your bitly stats and see when you had most visitors minus 30-60 minutes = this is your posting time. Weekends will differ.
