Best time for posting?

Hei!

Need some help guys
As I have run only fanpages in my country ( Estonia ) I don't know much about other time zones.
I want to get UK and USA fans and it's a little bit complicated as they are in different time zone as I am.
Have you ever been in that position when you have to sleep when others are awake? What to do? Should I post regularly and analyse which is the best time or is there any tool that allows me to write the post or picture and publish it automatically the time I want?

In the US, 1pm ET - 4pm ET during the week seems to be best. Weekends arent so good.

In The UK 5pm GMT.

Around this time works well for me in the US.

18-30 Demographic - 3pm - 8pm EST M-F
30+ Demographic - 8am - 3pm EST M-F

Weekends can be good for dating and entertainment posts.
