Best Tier 2's for Niche Edits/Guest Posts

What type of tier 2's do you guys recommend to point to niche edits and guest posts? Is it even worth doing if the sites have a high DA already? Don't want to piss off any webmasters.

If it’s a high authority site with good traffic don’t do it, they’ll find out and delete your link. If it’s pbn type of post fine do it but avoid doing it on a good site because they may just return the favour
