    According to the home page of that site, yes. Says he is giving away all his themes for free for a limited time. Downloading them now. They have an Affiliate Theme that look like its worth a try.

    Just to many themes out there to choose from bruh. Some people get so bogged down with finding the perfect theme that other things in the business suffer. Good luck man.

    As a Web designer, i think that Builder theme from Itemes is the best one, it's a premium theme, but worth every penny. Just use your imagination and the sky is the limit

    Personally I like the prosense theme, pretty simple and easy for the visitor eyes.

    I'm not a huge fan of Thesis to be honest, you'd be better off with a basic (free) framework and customizing it. You want something that won't get in the way of SEO, but looks great out of the box. So the sky's the limit.

    If you like the design of the RichWP theme, I say go for it. =) It's a nice theme.
