Someone On the darkweb said they were able to use Siri + the added voices to do text to speech but without proof its just air in the sky. If i do come across a legit source ill definitely share it.

If you know a bit of python, try gtts. I tried it and it was pretty good. It uses google tts as you would expect.
To call it, go to the folder where you want to save the file, open command prompt in that folder and type:
gtts-cli 'hello' --output hello.mp3
etc. ..
