I have alot of target accounts for my meme page however the follow back rate is terrible and am looking to get new sources. I can't find any HQ sources and was wondering if any of you guys knew of any

Nobody is going to release their follow sources. Just add as many as you can and filter out the good ones, just as everybody else does.

You need young audience for memes. Try some celebrity accounts.. or maybe Justin bieber?
