Hi - I recently had some issues when messaging our customers via FB messenger - its just a simple weekly promotion. Facebook thinks I'm a bot because "we are going to fast". Is there a better way to let our group members know what we have going on? Can I send ads to people who have messaged us for the last week? Any other tactic?

you can only run ads to show to the customers. You cannot run ads to send messages to old customers. it's spam, and FB doesn't like it

You can pin a post in the group and tag all members so they know about your program

Facebook will identify you as a bot if you continuously send it messages. Therefore, you can delay sending a message for an extended period of time and also consider ways to reduce the number of messages. Customers can be contacted through email marketing and SMS.
