I use Tablepress. It's pretty simple and easily customizable. You can also make it responsive. Best of all, the author is extremely helpful. It doesn't hurt to donate to him if he helped you.

I just looked at the demo and the tables look boring (I guess you need to know css to make them more interactive and fansy?)

Yeah it's kinda boring but I don't know anyone who needs a fancy looking table lol. But CSS skills come in handy.

Tablepress is free, Ninja tables has a free version but not sure what you get with it

Do you guys use the extention plugin for tablepress?
I am pretty sure it, i just never have seen it in a featured snipet because i guess google doesn't support the alternative html table it's built in, if you compare the 2 plugins code you will understand what i mean.
I asked them in their wordpress plugin support area but its over 1 and a half month and nobody has answered.
If you have an example of a featured snipet from ninja tables let me know, because i kinda like this plugin better.
