Best Strategy to boost eCommerce Business ?

I am a learner but I know in BHW, there must be so many champs who can suggest the best strategy to boost eCommerce Business.

I want you to share your experience or your ideas to help newcomers or a learner like me.

I know about SEO, SMM & Paid Advertisements but I would like to hear from you .

Unless you are an expert at generating really cheap targeted traffic, most of the profit from ecom is made on the backend. Typically by gathering emails and segmenting them into those who purchased from your store and those who just showed interest. Then you send them email campaigns.

What if someone purchase leads for email marketing?

Yes you can, but they are unlikely to be that responsive, because they neither opted into your site nor purchased from you. So you would just be spamming them really.

So you need your own opt in list really to be successful in selling ecom products.

Best strategy is having a good content marketing strategy. From content you get:

• Authority (For example when Instagram influencers produce content for you)
• Leads (Blog posts, videos about the problems your business is solving, thus attracting people who have those problems)
• Creatives for PPC campaigns (Customer review videos, product unboxing, instructions, etc.)
• Word of mouth... People sharing your content... Talking about your business... and so on.

After you have your content marketing strategy in place everything else you put it on steroids with various growth hacking strategies (PPC, SEO, SMM, Selling on Amazon or whatever else..)

But also behind your whole content marketing strategy there should be the mission and the vision of your brand, that's what you build your content marketing strategy on.

Your strategy seems good, I will definitely implement a content marketing strategy. I know that this is noticeable by search engines and potential customers who are interested in reading or hearing about any eCommerce based product.

In my opinion the most important is to build a brand. With so many random shops, apps etc. these days its extremely important to have a solid brand in the specific niche.

People will trust your store more, they will come back to you, they will recommend your brand to others and much more important: The value of a real brand can be much higher than the actual sales.

Another one for SEO is: Go for micro niches and long tail keywords. Rank the long tail keywords. Slowly expand the shop and add more categories and products. Step by step. Scale it up. If you rank for long tail keywords you are high likely also getting better rankings for the main keywords.

And another one: Try to recognize a "hype" or better to say trend before it actually happens. iPhone 11 got released a few months ago, time for you to make a print on demand shop for iPhone 12 cases. Add iPhone 11 cases and rank the products (descriptions all for iPhone 12) then when the actual phone releases just replace the iPhone 11 cases with the iPhone 12 cases. Build a brand and start banking.

And by the way: Branding + Influencer marketing can be extremely powerful

I like your 1st and 3rd point, building a brand is more important than building backlinks.
And the market survey is very important to understand customer's needs.

Money makes everything. You can buy a group related to your niche and start making friends with member this will get you new permanent customers. You can also buy a good instagram page and grow it there're lots of ways.But as I said money comes first. Good luck

There is really no "the best" method. Use all methods that users gave you, tweak it in your own way and see what works for you.
