What' is the best strategy for building authority with a new domain, and how many backlinks would you recommend focusing on in the beginning?

Agreed! I first focus on improving the website's SEO, then build high-quality backlinks. What’s your ideal balance between content and backlinks for a new site?
 
start first publishing posts with good on-page seo and good interlinking. When you are up to 30 or more posts start building backlinks slowly.
