Storyblocks. They charge about $50 a month for unlimited, I think. They do have a wide variety, but inside each niche, they don't have that many videos, unless you are looking for a common topic like "family" or "dogs".
Still a good enough service if you're in the travel niche, as they have shots from around the world, and lots of nice drone footage too.
