Best sticky ads network for small sites.

I’m looking for ad network names for small publishers who offer sticky ads.

While my client is getting around 10k traffic and over lakh pageviews yet most networks don’t accept his site.

adsense is banned.

He has tried Media.net, infolinks, sovrn but those perform poorly. Any other ad network which offer sticky ads but don’t have high traffic requirement? Ps I have seen BHW lists, but personal recommendations

Since adsense is banned, you're going to find it hard getting anything good for your client.

I think banned adsense means banned Google Ads(Adx) I think that is why sovrn and the rest of them performed poorly because they also serve Google ads.

I didn’t knew of this nitro network will have to dig some more informatio.

my client had spoken to them and they said they can do it for header bidding clients, for a fee and at this moment it’s not possible for him to pay so let’s see in future.
