Best standalone email program?

I need something that can connect to my SMTP.com account and mail through there. I have used this in the past... http://www.xtreeme.com/followupxpert/ just wondering if there was anything else that could connect to my account there. I want to run this from my desktop, i.e. I am NOT looking for something like aWeber or MailChimp.

Thanks for any suggestions...

The best program I've found is Eudora. Eudora is a standalone email program that works with any ISP.

I've had good results with both Sendblaster and Interspire. Sendblaster is one of the best desktop mailers out there. Haven't had experience with Eudora or Extreeme.
