Best stack to build EMU bot for filling forms with proxy detection and fingerprint switching

I am testing to find a new way around my email and SMS marketing campaigns and want to create and EMU bot to fill up forms from excel sheet to web form.

I read couple of posts but not able to understand how to pick up the same ip (as in excel sheet) to open my web URL, switch fingerprint and device and what are the other steps which I may be missing.

Has anyone worked on this kind of bot earlier?

Python + fingerprint browser is what most use.

Might be easier to skip the IP and fingerprint stuff and just run it like a normal form filler first, then add proxies later if you really need them.

That's a simple answer, lol. I have tried more than that but I am still not able to work it out!

I need proxies and fingerprint stuff as it is creating an issue with the email/SMS campaign. Also, I want to test it because I want to identify the proxy traffic I am receiving for one of my links. Tried pausing it with fraud detection but it still keeps coming back.
