Best spinner emergency - urgent

I have a client I have a deal with that pays pretty well.

I need to access the best spinner but my copies are not working at all and their support staff is not responding to my tickets. I have contacted a couple other people who use the software and they are locked out too.

I need to use this software for about an hour to get something done for my client within the next couple of hours. It's very urgent.

I really need help. Can anyone lend me their account temporarily so I can get my work done and not lose that account? I know it's alot to ask but I just need it for a little bit to quickly get the project done.

This happened to me earlier today, just go back to TBS and request your email/key.
 
Was on and off all morning for me too (UK), away from main computer at the moment so can't help either :(

I've done it like 7 times.

I had to send in my original paypal subscription and transaction id 3 times. I can't get any help.

I'm almost losing it. :(

Trust me I have done everything right.

I tested it on 3 computer and 2 servers.

I sent a friend the details and they couldn't get it. Then they tried their own account and realized its down.

Support of TBS are being pricks and telling me it's all good and nothing changed. They then tell me there was a security problem and won't answer my plea for help for over 4 hours when I'm asking for a temp account or something. I'm desperate as my client that works with me pays more than 100% of my living expenses.

I don't know what to do.
 
Why not use another tool? or is there something specific in TBS that no other tool has?
 
I'm having several problems with mine too.

Earlier today, I was unable to use the synonyms. I restarted the program. Then it was working fine. Then later, the program stopped working midway into spinning an article.

I'm restarting it again.
 
Well maybe you guys should try SpinnerChief ? Works like a charm for me and never any of the problems you mention here.
 
A friend came through for me and gave me account access for a bit as they never use the program anymore.

The Best Spinner kicked me out of the service and took the rest of the 6 months I paid because they felt I used the program too often. They said my account had too much frequent and unusual activity so my contract with them is terminated. :(

I swear I'm not making this up.

I'm so disappointed in them.

u can use mine via team viewer if u want.i got the software a day back.so will be nice to see how u do it (only if u wish)

What? Can they do that - terminate a subscription for using the program too often? How often did you use it anyway?

I wasn't aware of whether you could use it too much.

I log in about once or twice a day and spin probably I would say 6-10 articles each day and use them in UAW, Seolinkvine, SenukeX, and Article Marketing Robot for backlinks.

They said it was an unusually high amount of activity for one person so they suspect that I am sharing the account with multiple people and have terminated me. Honestly, I am not sharing the account. I just have lots to spin for local seo clients and my own sites.

It's just crap that if you really use a tool that you get kicked out of the program. I'm not even pulling the API which I could understand could be abused. This sucks.

Well that sucks! I've only begun to really use the program. And a lot of my future work will involve using TBS...hope I don't get terminated too.

TBS 2.9xxx was also out on me this morning (about 12-13 hours ago). TBS 3.xxx beta wasn't downloading the database so it too was useless. I removed both versions from my PC (using Revo Uninstaller -- full uninstall). Then used the 3.xxx setup to install the ver. 3 once again.

The first time it installed, the database got downloaded. But when I closed it and reopened, the database didn't get activated neither it got downloaded. I then uninstalled the ver. 3 once again (same process using Revo, full uninstall) -- the database got downloaded once again (it happens only once though, and on the next attempt, the DB doesn't work).

Uninstalled ver 3 and reinstalled -- db gets downloaded only for the first time...

I had to do it 4-5 times today.

So try installing TBS 3 beta and see if it works for you, but first remove all instances of TBS, versions 2.9xxx and 3 beta as well. If the db fails to load on the 2nd restart of TBS, uninstall-reinstall that version. The ver 2.9xxx is useless now, at least for me. It gives typical error messages. Jon on his forum isn't least bothered. He will ask you what you were doing at the time, and all other BS.

TBS support is a complete joke...
