Currently working on hello elementor, less number of request and im sure post optimization i could get it around a second. Also depends on hosting and the number of elements, media, etc

GeneratePress works like a charm for me on all fronts. I can use it as it is or I can use elementor in it. Further, the GP premium has excellent site library within it and gives lot of options depending on the purpose you want build the site for.
And most importantly, you have to perform On Site Optimisation tweaks to attain optimum site loading time at various browsers. I check site speed metrics via Google Page Speed Insights.

I think the solution to this issue was good for everyone. Many guys like me also made conclusions for themselves and found new wp themes for the sites.
