Page Speed Insights because the lab data is consistent and you can view how Chrome users experience the site in general.
GTMetrix because the waterfall is pretty good.
Webpagetest.org for the web vitals metrics.
 
there are many tool to test it, but i recommend to using GTmetrix or Page Speed Insights , becuse all what you need already on it. :)

Another for GTMetrix. Also, recently i've found the think with Google test useful as well.
 
I feel have to give and take , if your site got inject Adsense , ad etc you can't get a good rating.
