No, but it's 100% worth it.. all the employees are rated by skills.. like seo, link building, English writing.. and like 100 more criterias.

I'd stick to odesk IMO , much more handy than this . Too much trouble having to contact staff.

Just want to chime in, you could also try placing job ads on these websites; sulitdotcomdotph or olxdotcomdotph. Craigslist isn't so big in the Philippines.

I use onlinejobs.ph all the time - in my opinion it's better than going odesk, GAF, etc. if you are looking for writers, link builders, VA's. Onlinejobs is geared more towards hiring "permanent" staff that you hire for an extended period.

On the other hand, if I were looking for a programming job or someone to just do a a quick job then I may look towards odesk.

The thing I hate about odesk and other sites like that is the quality is very hit and miss...which is why I stick to those sites for quick jobs or projects. It's tough to get good pricing for quality on these sites, at least it's been my experience.

But so far I have been enjoying the use of onlinejobs.ph because I can always find a good candidate or two. For example you can get a writer on onlinejobs for about $200 however on odesk etc. the writers ask for double that and the quality is just about the same. Plus I just love the honesty and work ethic of the people from onlinejobs...when you find a good one they will really work to make you happy and even firing them they have always been very gracious and understanding.

i run my own thing and i agree.

personally i train my own staff, as long as they have basic computer skills. better to do it since you know they are 'indebted' to you as employer and trainer.

plus deathly cheap and will not jump from client to client.

my 2 cents. from a local ;D
