Hi, I wanted to know what is the best source of traffic to send to offers that have black hat tactics being used on them. I already have a source but I need some more Ideas.

Uhh targeted traffic? Because the targeted traffic will sign up no matter whether it's blackhat or not...the junk, useless, Joe-Schmo traffic is the kind of people you will be tricking.
