Best source for High Anon/Anon HTTP proxies? ...

Hey, I just started branching out from email marketing, so I've never had to look for many HTTP proxies. Naturally, anonymity is very important, as I'm sure it is with all of us, so I was curious as to where the best place was to find them.

Are there free anonymous HTTPs? How expensive are they if I would choose to buy them?
