Best solution for a torrent site?

Hello BHW members. I've been working on a project and have a pretty good idea but think the only problem I might have would be the hosting. To be frank, what would be a good hosting solution for a torrent site? Im speaking in terms of more of a release blog not a piratebay or isohunt. Would I need an offshore or private or vps or what? thanks

A lot of people do blogspot until they are closed down. Otherwise, offshore for sure.

Check out where torrentsites that have been around for a long time, host. Not that hard.
