best solo ad provider?

can any one tell me best quality solo ad provider in cheap price like 100 clicks from 5$ to 20$ ?
on any site like fiverr, mycheapjobs or any private etc

Probably not going to find one that cheap. Honestly, solo ads are a waste of money form my experience. All fluff and bullsh#t. We recently tested a bunch...would have been more fun to just burn a pile of money...worthless. Use that money to build your list on your own. Thinks about it - if their list was so responsive they would just pitch them highly targeted offers directly. Solo Ads = total waste of $$$$ in my experience.

Might work for some people though...I just think your own ppc campaign with the same $$ will result in a better outcome.
