there is no such thing as best.

if you insist, then I'd say custom software because you can develop it exactly the way you want.

you can get post affiliate network with a lifetime payment, not like hasoffers where you must pay every month.

If it's going to be anything worth while, then custom for sure. If you want something to track 1 affiliate then I guess just use one of the ones recommended above.

Custom Software is better from any perspective. You can edit it and make it as you want.

Custom is the way to go but takes time and money to build. If you want to get started immediately, check out hasoffers.
