Best software to run an affiliate program on your own product?

We are launching a physical product (that is a rebill, monthly) that needs to have an affiliate backend so we can submit our products to networks. What kind of software do we need to have for something like this? Do they implement it themselves?

cake, hasoffers, offerit are a few that integrate with multiple networks. They're not cheap compared to software that doesn't integrate with networks.
