I have 30K backlinks that created in Xrumer (I don't have Xrumer, I bought this service from someone).

What is the best way to ping them?

Forget about pinging it's pointless. Just think about it for a second and you'll realize that if we all 'pinged our links and it worked to index 100% of them we'd all have 100K indexed links by next Friday' LOL that's not the way it works. The SEARCH ENGINES decide what to index and when to index, not you or some 'pinging site.' I

I have sites with over 100K indexed and I never waste time 'pinging my links.' I just keep building as much as I can, I know that links will index naturally over time.

What sort of PING? ref or rss ping? i think rss Don't waste your time with that, use your links for comments spam to get them indexed.

Linklicious is a great service.. it auto creates RSS feeds and lets you know when the big Goog crawls them..

Also think about letting them naturally grow as well.. I cant stand by any facts about what I am about to say.. BUT I feel like when goog crawls and indexes your lnks naturally it helps rankings..
