Depends on what you're trying to do. Any browser can use a proxy, it's more a matter of the job details.

my purpose:
- to hide my identity
- to appear i'm from a specific country, say US. i will use this for signing up
- proxy using browser is slow so i want a faster one
- i can still download stuff from rs with nothing or less effect on the bandwidth

If you were to get proxies from seoproxies.com and then use a program like proxy firewall, it would be the easiest way out there. Mainly because now you don't have to hunt down proxies that may or may not be dead, you would be guaranteed to get working ones that are fast.

That is a pretty good piece of software... however, i'll always suggest using ProxyFirewall, but this one is great too!
