Zoho is the best. They even have a free version that works great.
I host my clients on my reseller account with Gator. Integrating Wordpress with WHMCS for the hosting site was a bit of a chore, but the bonus is, it works great for offline client management. (...Frees me up to worry about more productive things, like getting more clients.

I have made program and software myself to manage a client , so i can meet my custom requirements rather than ready softwares

It is brilliant. It manages customers, payments, sending invoices, creating recouring invoices tracking sales....it takes 5 minutes to install and its 100% free and has a superb support forum.
It even creates pdf invoices, and with a few lines of code you can get it to add paypal links to invoices so that customers can click on the link and pay you from PP.
