Hey guys

Currently im working freelance doing digital marketing and Web design in My country.

To get more clients I'm looking for the best software for cold calling.

What's your experiences?

Thanks

Personally what I started doing for my agency is voicemail drops using Go High Level. I upload a spreadsheet of phone numbers into GHL, send them a voicemail drop, and then I wait for the business owners to call me back. Much more time efficient than actually calling down a list. Also it's better and more chill because business owners call you back when they have time, and is less stressful. Look up Go High Level voicemail drops on Youtube for people teaching it. Just wanted to share what im doing.

I used MojoSells for years. It's geared towards real estate, but you can upload any list.

Squaretalk - from my point of view: Value for money is pretty good, integration in CRM systems like hubspot & salesforce.
There are ofc. also more expensive options, but this is a good pick.

Kind regards
zotix

I personally use CoudTalk, Monday and a good old fashioned Spreadsheet

For cold calling, some of the best software options include HubSpot Sales, Aircall, and RingCentral. They offer features like call tracking and CRM integration. Choose the one that fits your needs and budget. HubSpot’s free plan could be a good starting point to manage calls and follow up efficiently.

Acelle
Mailwizz
sendy (simpler)
MailCarry

Interspire
Mumara
Cortex
IResponse

its as small but still very powerful tools all do the almost the same work.
Some is free, other one time buy, other per month, research what my be the best choice for you.
I have a bigger list but I think is no need, at the moment at least

Dialpad has a wide range of functions and also has an AI transcription function, which I think is very useful.

I’ve tried a bunch of different methods for reaching new clients and honestly, cold calling drains me after a while. What really helped was finding ways to contact people that didn’t stress them, or me, out. Sending voicemails without calling directly let me put my pitch out there and I only engaged with folks who actually wanted to call back. It’s less awkward, and way more efficient for my schedule too.

For cold calling, your software choice depends on whether you want a comprehensive solution or something specific. If you're looking for an all in one platform with a database and dialer, apollo is a good option, it has a huge contact database and features that speed up calls, although the advanced features are usually found in the more expensive plans.

For those who want a complete multichannel contact platform, saleshandy is very strong this year, in addition to providing local numbers to improve response times, it generates automatic summaries after each call and comes pre integrated with email sequences, all in one place, now, if your focus is on high volume calls, specialized dialing software like MightyCall is a good choice, it's more user-friendly for small teams and has predictive dialing modes, finally, for those who want cutting edge technology, there are tools that automate calls with voice agents, but they are in early stages and require technical setup, they work best as a complement to qualify leads, not as a replacement for human salespeople.
