I am looking for tools that will let me post across all of my social media accounts at once. Also, what is the best way to get more followers(free or not). I am currently using traffup.net.

You could check out Hootsuite and Agorapulse.
They are different at pricing and features.

For free IFTTT is probably the best.

Sproutsocial or Hootsuite is a good way as well if you want something paid with more features etc.

You should use a program called jarvee it has the most features availible.
