Best Social Media Manager

Been using Sprout Social for a few days now. It's great as it tells you how likes, followers, and other statistics for your twitter and facebook. However, I am looking for one that does all, if there is any. Mainly looking for social media manger for twitter, facebook, youtube, linkedin. If anyone has recommendations please help.
