I mean hootsuite was always the platform I've used over the years, seems to do just about everything.

I saw a lot of public tools in the marketplace section but i'd recommend if you have a good budget hire a team of developers and create your own custom tool

There are many social media management tools available in the market with their own unique features. Once I was also looking for one and I found buffer very cool. It's a simple and easy to use tool for scheduling your posts and managing multiple accounts.
My recommended social media management softwares are Hootsuite , Sprout Social, Zoho Social, Buffer, SocialPilot, MeetEdgar, Loomly and Sendible. You may use any of them. All are my trusted.

Make a list of the features you would like the software to have, then:
1- Get a list of available options (the ones the members mentioned above + the available ones in the forum here, they probably have more features than what's mentioned above).

Look into Cloud Campaign. Used it in the past and was quite pleased with the service.
