Best Social Media Automation?

I noticed that a lot of people have so many twitter accounts, facebook accounts etc on the web. Which automation tool would you recommend to use to sync all of your social media property?

Tweetattack,Tweetadder,etc

MySocialMagic, I checked out "youlikehits". Is it good?

I use TweetAdder to monitor 5 twitter accounts (follow/thank you messages etc). TweetAttacks to do marketing campaigns using "@" strategies.
Hootsuite to monitor my main properties and respond when needed.
Also, use Ping.fm to send out one message across all properties instead of logging into it one at a time.

Was wondering if there is anything else out there that can help me manage it all with a good workflow? I know that PowerInbox is incorporated with your gmail account so that you can reply and @mention tweets from your email.

You can use tweetattack for managing your twitter account.

The use of automation can harm your online reputation, good for those who are good enough to use it. For amateur I suggest to stick on the natural way.
