Just use iMacros browser addon (Firefox, Chrome, etc). It's easy to set up for any site once you've learnt it. With iMacros, you'll get a 100% success rate and when a site does change it's format it's easy and quick to record a new one. Their wiki and forum are great for learning how to do more advanced things like loops (so you can read in from a CSV file).

Bookmarking Demon is the best. I use Ultimate Demon (which includes Bookmarking Demon and other tools).
A lot of bookmarking sites have captchas (Recaptcha, etc), so i suggest to use Captcha Sniper which will save you some money on your captcha costs.
