Hosting providers usually won’t take action—they just host the site, and scams don’t violate their TOS unless it’s phishing/malware.

I’ve never heard of using an SMM panel getting an Instagram account banned. Maybe it happens, but I’ve never experienced it myself.

I contact with GoDaddy the say action has been taken .. idk what action but sit still on ‍♂️

I know a panel that offers a fast Instagram followers service, though the likes aren’t great. I’m getting 1k followers for just $1.5, and even after the update it’s still running smoothly without any problems
 
There's no such thing as the best in name. Anyone can be the best.

The important point here is to use quality services, regardless of price.
