I would suggest contacting every panel and find out which will offer you a 100% refund
If they won't refund your orders 100% then why resell from them?
Also ask how long is the max wait for a refund.
And, only use BHW sellers so you can hold them to this standard which *they set* , in the shit list section

These days there is a ton of smm panel. If you can give in-house services then you can make good money with your panel.

My recommendation isn't a BHW seller and my morals would be impacted if you were held to a less standard than I'd assume, at the fault of me referring you.
The best thing you can do is test around below and ask them for testing balance.

most of SMM panel selling other panel services. It's hard to found a direct seller. You need to do lots of research and check the price of each panel

& Even when it comes to price, I've noticed the absolute cheapest servers never work.
So finding a panel with likes for $.10 less, leads to stuck funds on their website when it refunds
Almost... As if it's a BHW tactic
1. Panel should refund for undelivered order if refund requested.
2. Some panels doesn't even reply your ticket or they just use an automated reply. Don't use that panels.
Don't look for a cheap one rather look for best one by testing few services, opening tickets

It takes lot of time to find good panels.
I have tried around 20 and read prices of way more, I have just 2-3 that I find reliable and with a good price.
A good panel is not just with good prices but also fast support and refund policy.
Recently I added 100 usd to one which all services dont work and the kid doesnt even answer to support tickets or messages. Frustrating.
