We have acces to lynda and udemy,and I am looking to help somebody to make some money online with learning some skill to sell service ,person dont have any expirience,bad english and is not tech savy,trying to find what i should sugest to start to benefit in long term ,for now i have on mind ony to try manualy grow big instagram acc

If you're not tech savvy it's time to get tech savvy, how else would joining the internet marketing world even make sense?

The language barrier is the first problem here because no skill can overcome the absence of communication. Therefore, I'd say that your friend needs to work on his English first.
