Best sites to purchase links from?

Any good sites out there that you recommend to purchase links from?

LinkWheels are turning into a joke now... they are getting less and less powerful the more people build them. There will be a point when Google gives web 2.0 very little power. SocialBookmarking sites will not be powerful forever. I think when the day is done that links from actual websites are the way to go. Fads and trends don't last... you can play around with the fad or invest in legitimate links.

i don't think yahoo dir would be nice place to purchase link,..... why you not consider to buy in other forum or make and advertisent... it help sometimes
