Cheap- Fiverr
HQ- You can end up with some nice logos on Fiverr if you're lucky. Good logo is just a good idea, realization is easy. Some people cannot come up with something interesting no matter how much you pay for it.

The main problem I've seen with Fiverr logos are how often they are straight up rips from other popular logos. The last thing you'd want to do is deal with a lawsuit from an enormous corporation whose logo you stole by accident.

there are some logo maker software. As you are looking for cheap and in quantities ,using the logo maker might be a good option for you.

Just be sure you give as much information as possible when requesting a logo. Look at other logo examples yourself for "inspiration".

Find someone on the forum who makes sick logo's for reasonable/cheap prices.. there are some threads by people who make reallly good logo's for bargain prices.. add them so in future you can just go directly to them for new stuff.. building up a list of people who do good services is always a good idea.. save's soo much time and effort..
