Best "Sitebuilding" Bot or Tool?

Which tool is the best one to build a huge FB site?
I Want to gain 1500-2000 "Follower" of my new site, before i start ads.

Is there any tool or bot which is recommend for that?

I was planing to buy a vps, running a bot with 2-3 PVA account on them and invite guys from other niche groups. How does this sounds?

In my opinion, I can say that Wordpress is still the best website builder. You can use their One Social Theme for your desired site. I guess if you want to increase your followers organically, you can interact with people and ask them to follow your blog/site. You can use Jarvee to send messages to your audience and let them know about your site and ask them to follow.

Hey CW, i mean Facebook Site, not Website

I wouldn't recommend botting to build Facebook pages, not now anyway. Your groups idea sounds good as a way to get the followers but I would suggest doing it manually otherwise you will lose the page very fast
