Are you asking about real or fake subscribers? Coz if you want fake subs you can easily purchase them from Fiverr or here on the marketplace social media section. Real subscribers, on the other hand, cannot be bought; they are acquired through sheer effort, determination and consistency to make high quality videos that the viewers will appreciate.

Real subscribers can be gotten through exchange sites, but is a shot in the dark about which accounts are real and which are fake. You can always buy subscribers, but it's the same situation. Like somebody mentioned the only true way to get real subscribers is to post unique content.
