If this posting is in the wrong area, I am sorry.

If money was no object, and you could buy any shopping cart, what would you buy?

Looking for ease of use loading thousands of items. Basically looking for about the best of the best in the shopping cart world.

I love the look of the Interspire shopping cart and am tempted to buy it, but wanted to hear from anybody else who might have some advice.

1shoppingcart.com is fine
if money was no object I would built my own that would have upsells, downsells, cross sells, side sells (I just made that one up)
but basically something that maximizes all purchases.

I am really looking for something I can purchase and host myself, rather than a hosted solution.

If money is no concern, I recommend Magento Enterprise. And hire an Magento developer to get everything the way you want it. Most robust and secure cart around.
