Which is the best shared hosting provider you have used?

Based on:
Reliability
Uptime
Support
Price

Here are some I have used and happy with:
StableHost
HawkHost
HostGator

Right now its Hosterbox,
Host gator
and I used hawkhost for less then a month after being very very disapointed.

Hostgator was good and I would of stayed with them, there support is good but it would just piss me off at times when I would ask something to there support team wait an hour get a cookie cutter responce like "have you tied this...?" I would say yes, then wait another hour only to get some different agent asking me the same thing.

Then I saw an add for Hosterbox, talked with a rep on there chat and I moved because it was cheaper for more disk space, (not that unlimited BS lol) there support members usually follow you in the tickets so you don't have to repeat and I haven't had any downtime since I have been with them.

Finally Hawkhost, worst experience I have ever had with a web host, i signed up received my account info after 6 hours... Logged in only to find that I was logged out because the server crashed. The server kept crashing for the entire time I was there support would take them a few hours just to get back to me so I just left.

I know that my review here is a bit long but I hope its usefull to other members.

I came across hosterbox.com but it seems sketchy, a lot of the reviews I found of them online seem like there fake. Also I don't think its a registered business, even there physical address registered to there domain does not exist.

I would stay away from them.

Hostgator is ok, if you stay on shared hosting. But don't move to reseller one. It looks like they rent it from somebody else.

hostgator works fine for me. didnt bother trying anything else...

Hostgator is the best . And i would also suggest Justhost , its reliable too .

In the UK:

...are bulllet-proof. I have some high profile/traffic sites with them - and they're just rock-solid with great and quick support.

I have used 6 different hosts before i.e hostgator, justhost, hostwinds ,hosterbox, compitenthosting and Hostamus.com.

Now only 4 left i.e. justhost, hosterbox, compitenthosting and Hostamus.com and all 4 are good.

I have been used Dollar2Host, Silicon House and now using BlueHost. Therefore based on Reliability, Uptime, Support and Price BlueHost is the best for me. I am using it since last one year and still now did not face any problem from sever side or support. It is best for me.

I use stablehost.com, I'm happy with their customer service and they are cheap.

I don't know the best but I would like you to stay away from just host. I only have 3 sites there and only one is finished; it gets not more than 20 hits per day and they shut me down.

Dreamhost has been working fine for me, but my sites dont have much traffic.

iPage.com is extremely cheap. Its $3.50 deal (after discount price) is one of the cheapest shared hosting deals you ever found online; and secondly, the web host is especially attractive to those who want a green hosting.

I came across hosterbox but it seems sketchy, a lot of the reviews I found of them online seem like there fake. Also I don't think its a registered business, even there physical address registered to there domain does not exist.

Not sure, I haven't had any bad experience with them and I wrote a review for them on a site. I also talked with there owner Samuel and they are registered in Canada. Its a Canadian business.

One Best Hosting, works good for me.
They don't let me face downtime and their servers are superb.
