Best Service?

Okay, I've spent the entire day today and all day yesterday going through the BST forums looking for an all-in-one type service for someone to research keywords, build a website, SEO the site and then I just wait for adsense to kick in. I've found several guys offering this service and all seem good but I've found very few people writing reviews that they've actually made money. Is there anyone out there that can recommend someone for an all in one micro niche or any kind of site that is actually making some money like $100+ a month per site?
