Best service to schedule tweets

Please advice me the most safe platform that can offer such service, it must be supporting proxies, afaik most bots here cause phone verification, but I'm sure many account in twitter schedule their tweets since they post over a period of 24h.

No. Hootsuite or any other whitehat social media management platform do not work with proxies.
