Honestly, create your own farm.
I tested out multiple SMM panels some time ago, they do offer custom comments and they do deliver in 24-48 hours. But the accounts they use look very fake, all messages you order are posted EXACTLY at same time(robot alike), not to mention, geos do not usually match. Found only like 6-7 countries in the world, where you could get GEO based comments.
Didn't test these to my ad itself, so no idea if account would get banned, but I do think it will not do much good.
