Hi all, what’s everyone using for b2b cold email at the moment? I need to send some emails probably less than 5k per day and it will be hyper personalised with a low spam flag rate but it will be cold b2b.

Which services allow this? I don’t need anything fancy, I literally just need a smtp port to connect to and a clean IP.

How are you planning to personalize 5k emails per day?

There are various services out there, just Google and you find out, there are a lot.

You can't send 5k emails from 1 email

You need Multiple emails with warmup and clean IP too

Cold Email Outreach the ultimate goal is to deliver email into inbox

I always use tool Reply.io to do that, it for multi - channel outreach including email, phone

You can send 5k easily from multiple Gmail accounts. You need to have a solution to rotate between accounts and proxies.

For cold B2B email at under 5K emails/day with low spam flags, you’ll want a provider with good deliverability, warmed-up IPs, and SMTP access

Best SMTP & Email Sending Services
1. Amazon SES – Cheap & reliable, but needs warm-up. Great for high-volume cold outreach.
2. SMTP.com – High deliverability with dedicated IP options.
3. Postmark – Good for transactional & cold B2B emails.
4. Mailgun – Flexible, but their cold email policies are strict.
5. SendGrid (Twilio) – Can work, but deliverability isn’t as strong as Amazon SES.
