If I truly believe nearly all BST SEO services are only meant for short term gains, if at all, how can I express that in a way without tipping toes?

Receive a comment why I don't open a thread than, bla bla bla, then someone starts putting words in my mouth like everyone sucks and I'm superior, followed up by some attacking based on irrelevant things like how my websites look and so on.
In other threads as you might've seen I ask some suggestions and clearly exclude a few things I'm not interested in in the original post, what happens, 3 people who offer services based on TF metrics start nagging about TF and that it would be worthless without it (not in those exact words but that's what it comes down to, same like you say about me in your post). Lol what am I supposed to do when some people who clearly have no clue start bothering me with this whole CF/TF thing, and clearly because they sell a complete different services that relies on those metrics. I think in such situations I'm free to open my mouth.
If people try to shit on me, mostly cause of low post count thinking they can put the noob label on me easily and I'll just tolerate it all lol, I shit back on them, that's just how I function.
Actually I'm pretty helpful around here, gained 68 links in a short amount of time without giving any WSO's away in certain threads that results in large amounts of thank you's.
So yes I'm critical but I'm also the voice of a much broader public that don't open their mouth about these things.
Anyway, I've said what I wanted to said so will try to behave a little more civilised, however that's not too easy on a forum like this where everyone seems to have some sort of a large ego, big egos bounce, we all know that.
