Title says it all

So I'm looking for the best SEO service that can rank toughest keywords with high competition Recommend me the best one I dont care about the pricing All I want is a good seo'er who can rank fast hard keywords safely I mean penguin and panda please be honest cuz I want to know which service is the best on bhw :)

There is no "best". Just visit the BST section, read some reviews, and go from there.

On a more serious note, learn how to do SEO yourself before you outsource ANYTHING! Trust me on this one, or you will get burned so fast and lose tons of money.
 
I am the best but unfortunately I can't use any of my techniques at all or I'd rank 1.1 for every keyword in the universe and they'd be discovered so I'm left with the title of imaginary best.

LOL! This is true!

Even I am stuck at a point where it's difficult to decide if the SEO offer is worth my money or not. Sure, building backlinks can increase our position, but what about the quality? I see lots of SEO folks offering "spun" content as part of package, which is a real shame -- Google has said it multiple times that dup content won't affect the rankings, but "bad" content will.

He meant outsourcing the SEO work you would be doing yourself but have decided to pay someone else to do, I.e outsource your personal workload, not a reseller of something or someones service.

P.s I'm in the same boat as you though, I've been reading dozens of BST (Buy Sell Trade) threads over the last couple of days and pulled the trigger and ordered some services to test.

On this particular forum you won't get a serious answer to this type of question since many of the most active members here have BST's and therefore normally can't comment do to forum rules.
 
It's a hard truth that Rank fast for hard keywords doesn't get along well with panda and penguin. Let alone the safe ranking. Sites that were ranked on top for hard keywords gets a manual review so there's no way to camouflage a site that is ranked with Black Hat SEO. If I were in your shoes, I'd build churn and burn sites to rank and bank. It can still be done with Panda & Penguin friendly WH SEO but to build the huge volume of links manually to compete with top sites, it's going to cost you a dozen of arms and legs.

Well I know a guy who was able to rank his new site for a really high competitive keyword and hes kinda new to IM i dont get it lol

lol I have been inactive been busy in real life also Im too lazy to learn SEO it bores me

The best ranking services are also the riskiest.
 
you should only hire a good writer to write quality content for your sites and there is no need to hire a SEO as you can search forum which is flooded with backlink providers.
